Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) is a medicinal, fragrant and edible plant originating from the Mediterranean. The thickened stem is used in Italian and French cuisine, and the fennel fruit, which is extremely rich in essential oil, is used in medicine. About the product :
Fennel essential oil is obtained by hydrodistillation of the fruits. The main active ingredients of the essential oil are anethole and α-pinene. The oil is a favorite among aromatherapists as a tried-and-tested remedy for facilitating digestion, against flatulence, as a hormonal balancer, and against coughs and bronchitis. It can also be used externally as one of the best herbal remedies against cellulite. It combines well with lemon, mint, lavender, juniper and sage.

Method of use :
- Vaporizer – pour 5-6 drops of essential oil into a container with water.
- Dry inhalation – put 3 drops on a tissue and inhale for 2-3 minutes
- Steam inhalation – pour 7 drops of oil into a container with 1 liter of boiling water, cover your head with a towel and inhale for 5-8 minutes
- Wraps – Add a few drops of essential oil to warm water, soak a clean gauze/towel and place on the painful area
- Baths – add 15 drops of essential oil to a full bath, add a little olive oil and mix well with your hands.
- Oral use – mix 20 drops of fennel essential oil with 500g of honey, mix well and take one teaspoon three times a day to relieve cough and bronchitis.
- Massage – add 60 drops of fennel essential oil to 200 ml of carrier oil (almond, sesame, jojoba)
Contraindications :
It is not recommended for pregnant women, epileptics, people with estrogen-dependent tumors and endometriosis.
